Hotel rules:
- Accommodation at the hotel is possible only with a Passport or ID card.
- When placing individual guests in the hotel, it is necessary to fill out a special form - a guest registration card. The guest agrees to the transfer of his personal data for the purpose of maintaining registration records.
- A guest may be refused accommodation in a room if he/she is in a state of severe alcohol, drug or toxic intoxication, is aggressive and insults the hotel staff.
- Outsiders, at the request of the resident and with notification of the administrator, may be in the hotel from 10:00 to 22:00, subject to the presentation of an identity document, followed by a copy of it and indication of the room to which the outsider is invited. Outsiders may be denied entry to the hotel if these persons are in a state of severe alcohol, drug or toxic intoxication, are aggressive and insult the hotel staff.
- A guest staying at the hotel can invite no more than 2 people to the room at the same time.
- Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in for the entire period of stay or pre-paid in advance.

- A hotel resident is obliged to:
- - Comply with these rules of accommodation at the hotel;
- - Pay for the hotel services provided on time;
- - Maintain cleanliness and the established order;
- - Comply with fire safety rules;
- - Treat the hotel property and equipment with care;
- - In the event of loss or damage to property by the guest or persons staying in the room at the guest's invitation, the resident is obliged to compensate for the damage in accordance with the list of property values, which is with the duty administrator. In the event of material claims, the case will be considered in the court at the location of the hotel.
- A hotel resident is prohibited from:
- - Disturb the peace of the guests;
- - Leave strangers in the room without permission from the hotel administration, as well as give them the keys to the room;
- - Store bulky items and flammable materials in the room;
- - Carry out commercial activities, illegal or any other activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the territory of the hotel and within its boundaries;
- - Keep animals and birds in the room;
- - Smoking in the room and inside the hotel.
- When leaving your room, please:
- - Close the windows;
- - Turn off the lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances;
- - Check if the water taps are closed.
- - Please refrain from smoking in the room and on the hotel grounds. The fine for smoking in the hotel is $250.
- For all questions, please contact the administrator on duty;Check-out time is 12:00. The room must be vacated by this time.
- The duty administrator must be notified of any change in the terms of stay no later than 24 hours before the planned departure. If the administrator is notified later than the agreed time, the hotel has the right to withhold the cost of the room for the day following the actual departure date.
- Payment for the unused period is not refundable.
- Check-in time: 14:00. Check-out time: 12:00.
- In case of a guaranteed reservation, if the Guest/Customer is late for more than one day or does not show up, the reservation is cancelled and the Guest/Customer pays a penalty to the hotel for the actual downtime of the room. The amount of the penalty is the cost of the booked room per day.
- Children under 7 years of age staying in the same room with their parents are provided free accommodation by the Hotel.
- In addition to the room rate, VAT of 12% and tourist tax are payable.
- Early check-in from 5am to 9am is charged at 100% of the room rate. Early check-in from 9am to 12pm is charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 is charged at 50% of the room rate. Late check-out from 18:00 to 22:00 is charged at 100% of the room rate.
